Singer Bebe Rexha Calls Out Married Football Player for Texting Her

Somebody has got some explaining to do.

Apparently being married and having three kids didn't stop one NFL player from trying to text pop star Bebe Rexha Saturday.

The 29-year-old singer showed off a text from an anonymous player asking when he could see her, to which she responded that she would be performing on NBC on New Year's Eve.

After the exchange continued, Rexha finally had enough, saying that the player should "Be a good role model and play your sports and leave me the f--- alone" after the messages started to make her uncomfortable.

Apparently, athletes haven't gotten the memo that random texts and/or DMs can be creepy as hell and to stay away from it. Still, that hasn't stopped former players like ex-Cardinals DE Darnell Dockett, who had mistakingly tweeted out at DM to then Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron's girlfriend Katherine Webb.

Who could forget when Lions running back LeGarrette Blount DMed a random girl on twitter?

And then when he did it again?

And again.

The world of DMs and texts can be risky and rarely works out for the better. Whichever NFL player this is might have just found it out the hard way.
